If you tick the consent box, the record also keeps the date and time, the wording you agreed to, the IP address the form was sent from and your browser's user-agent string — kept as proof that the consent was given, because carriers and the law may require it to be shown.

How it is used

To contact you about your property and your inquiry. If you ticked the box, that contact may include text messages.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. It is not sold, rented or traded. It is handled by morningre (Paul Malott) and by the service providers used to run this site and to send messages, who process it only for that purpose and for nobody else's marketing.

Stopping messages, and deletion

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To have your details deleted, call (513) 822-2414 and say so.

How long it is kept

Inquiry details are kept while there is a reason to hold them. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to show the consent was given.
